Services
Enghlandro provides workspace planning, office design, and fit-out management. Scope and deliverables are defined in individual project agreements.
Fees and Payment
All quoted amounts are in EUR unless otherwise stated. VAT (MwSt.) applies where required by German law. Payment terms are specified in each proposal.
Intellectual Property
Design documents remain Enghlandro property until full payment. Upon payment, clients receive a licence to use deliverables for the agreed project.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the extent permitted under German law. We do not guarantee third-party contractor performance but exercise reasonable care in selection and oversight.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Jurisdiction is Hamburg.
